Ghanian rapper, Sarkodie teams up with one of Africa's hottest pop stars of the moment, Runtown to deliver an amazing new song titled 'Pain Killer'.

Produced by Nigerian producer, T-Spize, the song 'Pain Killer' sees the legendary Gahanian rapper, Sarkodie drop bars on the verses while Runtown practically murdered the chorus with his sweet and melodius flow.
